Mr. Molinary-Band Director

Mr. Molinary graduated from Morehead State university in 2004 with a degree in music education. He did his student teaching here at Raceland during the Fall of 2003, and became the band director in July of 2004. This will be his 4th year teaching at Raceland. Mr. Molinary is currently working on his masters in Administration. Mr. Molinary also helps with the winterguard during the winter!

Rose molinary-Guard Instructor

Rose started working with the color guard at Raceland in January of 2005. In 2006, she started the Raceland Winterguard, which will compete for the second season in the Tri-State Circuit this coming winter. She did guard in high school, but couldn't in college due to a knee injury. She loves working with the girls and can't wait to see where the band and the guard goes in the next few years!!

josh joseph- guard instructor

Josh started doing guard while he was attending Raceland High School. He participated in the winterguard during the 2006 season. He graduated in 2006 from Raceland and is in his second year at Morehead State, where is he majoring in music education. He currently participates in the color guard at MSU! This is Josh's second year working with the guard.

Ashley Pennington-Guard instructor

Ashley graduated from Raceland in 2007, where she did guard for 6 years. She also participated in winterguard during the 2006 season. She is currently attending Morehead State as a music education major, and participated in the color guard at MSU! This is Ashley's first year working with the guard as in instructor.

Shelly molinary-Low Brass instructor

This is Shelly's 4th year working with the band as the low brass instructor. She started working with the band in 2004. Shelly graduated from Morehead State University in 2006 with a degree in Music Education. She currently teaching elementary music in Morgan County.

Ricky Spears - High brass instructor

Ricky has worked with the band for 4 years now. He started working with the band in 2004. Ricky is currently attending Morehead State University pursuing a degree in Music Education.

Calvin Schmieg-Percussion instructor

Calvin has worked with the band for 3 years now. He started working with the band in 2005. He graduated from Morehead State University with a degree in music education in 2006. He currently travels working with many bands acorss Kentucky and Ohio.
